> Brolo Cigar Co. does not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21.
> Brolo Cigar Co. does not ship tobacco products to Utah or Hawaii.
> Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
> Certain items, such as ashtrays, may require additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.
Sales Tax
For Tobacco products: Brolo Cigar Co. passes responsibility of Sales Tax onto the purchaser (licensed Tobacco Retailers) unless otherwise or federally required. Tobacco tax will show as a separate line item.
For Non-Tobacco products: Sales tax is calculated based on delivery location.
Shipping Policy:
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times. As of July 2026, we are only accepting CIGAR orders that ship to the following states:

Why is there a 3% fee on my order?
Card processors take a slice of every online sale. We’d rather be upfront about it than bake it into every cigar’s price. So credit card orders include a 3% processing fee, shown before you pay. Debit card orders don’t. That money keeps the lights on, the humidors full and the prices fair for everybody else.
Delivery Methods:
Free and Saver Shipping will be delivered via UPS and/or USPS. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier. Saturday, Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground will be delivered via UPS. Priority Mail is delivered via USPS but is not eligible for orders containing Tobacco products.
