We didn’t want to make an ashtray that looked too precious to use. We wanted to make one that gets better because you use it.

The Brolo Ashtray is made from ceramic, finished with gold-accented cigar rests, and covered in a few reminders of what this whole thing is about: Slow Burn. Real Talk. Pure Soul. True Bond.

But the best part hasn’t happened yet.

Over time, we hope the gold begins to patina. The surface picks up a little character. Evidence starts to show that this thing has actually lived on a porch, sat between a few good friends, held a cigar during a conversation that ran longer than expected, or kept you company during a quiet smoke by yourself.

Every mark becomes part of its story.

And because these ashtrays are partially handmade and manually finished, no two will be exactly alike. You may find slight variations in the glaze, color, pattern, surface, or other small characteristics created during firing and finishing. We don’t consider those flaws.

There’s beauty in the imperfections.

That’s kind of the point.
