Our Story

Brolo started long before we ever thought about making cigars.

It started with us.

We’re Joshua and Kaitlyn, and our story has never followed a straight line. We’ve built things, lost things, started over, and learned what it means to keep choosing the people and things that matter. We never set out to start a cigar company. We were just trying to build a life worth staying present for.

Somewhere along the way, cigars became part of that story.

Not because we were fascinated with status or exclusivity, but because we fell in love with what happened when people sat down, lit something good, and stayed awhile. Phones disappeared. Stories came out. Strangers became friends. Friends became family. We realized the cigar was never really the point.

Connection was.

So we built Brolo around that idea.

We're just two people with a complicated story, a deep appreciation for the craft, and a belief that some of life's best moments happen when we slow down long enough to actually be with one another.

Brolo is our invitation to do exactly that.
