> Brolo Cigar Co. does not ship products to Utah or Hawaii.
> Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
> Certain items, such as ashtrays, may require additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.
Sales Taxes
Brolo Cigar Co. passes responsibility of Sales Tax onto the purchaser (licensed Tobacco Retailers).
Shipping Policy:
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times. As of July 2026, we are only accepting orders that ship to the following states:

Delivery Methods:
Free and Saver Shipping will be delivered via UPS and/or USPS. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier.Saturday, Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground will be delivered via UPS.Priority Mail is delivered via USPS.
